The Hawthorns is located in sunny Brighstone on the South West coast of the Isle of Wight. It is in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a 15 minute walk from Brighstone Bay. There are numerous footpaths to explore along with the wonderful Downs and surrounding countryside, mountain biking and even the hang gliding and paragliding club enjoy the downs making it a perfect location for those who like the outdoors!
Brighstone is one of the most beautiful villages on the Isle of Wight and at its centre is the most wonderful village shop which is very well stocked. The Three Bishops is our local pub (which is just 5 mins walk and 10 mins staggering) and a newsagents and hairdresser can also be found there . It even has a museum in North Street!
The Hawthorns is a beautifully presented newly built four bedroom detached chalet bungalow, with 3 bedrooms having en-suites, one of which is a Jack and Jill bathroom on the 1st floor. There is a large wetroom downstairs which serves the twin room on the ground floor and any guests wishing to luxuriate under the 200mm rain fall shower. The open plan layout is perfect for socialising and enjoying those special family holidays together. We have an Urban Cedar hot tub which seats four and is perfect for an evening of star gazing. (Terms and conditions apply to hot tub). We welcome well behaved dogs (max 2No) - look out for our Boarder Terrier called Dudley in the gallery who loves to photo bomb!
